Passionate wine and food lovers descend on Toronto’s Metropolitan Convention Centre each November for the region’s largest event of its kind. How passionate are we talking? Well, let’s just say any event that lures the best national chefs, local culinary stars, celebrated winemakers, brewmasters and mixologists means serious gastronomic business.
