The Emirates Diabetes Society provides programs covering endocrine related diseases as well as highlight diabetes as an epidemic in the region. Emirates Diabetes Society takes the mantle to educate and continue the training for the medical fraternity with the ever popular Emirates Diabetes & Endocrine Congress which has been in the country for the last four years. Some of the theme topics include Screening & Prevention for Diabetes, CV vs Lipids vs Hypertension, Endocrine Bones, Complication of Diabetes and many more. The 2014 conference was well attended by over 2500 participants from the region.
