One of the oldest agricultural shows in the UK with nearly 200 years of history, Bakewell Show has evolved from a purely agricultural display to the diverse event it is today with something for everybody!
The foul British summer has cancelled so many events this year but Bakewell Show lived up to its claim never to cancel and what a great show we had. Thank you to everybody who helped to make the show a success. Why not have a look at the gallery to see some great photos of the 2012 show.
Always held on the first Wednesday & Thursday in August, the 183rd show will take place on the 7th & 8th August 2013. New for 2013 Tuesday 6th August is going to be an equestrian day, more details to follow.
