Pre-conference course during the 3rd Dental - Facial Cosmetic International Conference, Dubai, UAE
Dental Implants have gained a large popularity and acceptance in the dental world. The success of dental implants depends on a proper and stable osseointegration that can be achieved by respecting some biological and clinical elements.
These elements include the understanding of the bone foundation and the general guidelines to follow in implant diagnostics and preplanning.
This course combines lectures and Hands-on sessions featuring implant placement with bone augmentation procedures utilizing animal jaws that simulates the daily clinical situation. The lectures focus on implant placement, bone biology, bone graft material classifications and indications, lateral bone augmentation with simultaneous implant placement, extraction and immediate implants and sinus lifts using internal and external approach.
During the hands-on sessions, participants will perform procedures demonstrated in the lectures.
