CLS After Work Talk in Basel 2011

Global business is expanding and shifting rapidly. Global networks, global marketing campaigns, social media and the need for immediate multi-lingual content require innovative approaches to meeting today's communication requirements.
At our CLS After Work Talks in Basel, we invite practitioners from the language and technology sectors to talk about their specialist area. Together with our partners and selected vendors from the CLS network, we aim to create a space to learn about language and technology developments. The presentations are tailored towards an audience of business managers, writers, editors, content developers and translators. No specialized technical knowledge is required.
* Informal, after work talks at the CLS office in Basel near the SBB train station.
* Presenters will avoid typical marketing-speak and focus on practical use and sharing information.
* Presentations will be between 30 and 40 minutes long, followed by a question and answer session.
* Attendance is free. Maximum number of attendees is 35.
* Networking opportunity after the end of the talk.
* The talk will be held in German.
