Te 10th Chinese-Russion Symposium on Laser Physics and Laser Technologies will be held in Harbin during July 28~August 1, 2010 by Harbin Institute of Technology,National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Tunable laser,Tomsk State University and IEEE EDS Harbin Branch cooperating with other units. The committee will invite famous experts in photoelectron and microelectronicsl at home and abroad to give us lectures. We warmly welcome scientific researchers in these fields to submit and take part in the symposium. The accepted manuscript will appear in the IEEE database and the full text will be indexed by EI.

Please submit the abstract and summary with 300-500 words. If the manuscripts want to be indexed by EI, full manuscript (English edition) with the length not more than four pages should be submitted (the Chinese edition should be submitted together with the English edition if the authors come from China).
