The aim of HRevolution 2009 is to help Business Leaders, HR & OD professionals enhance the impact they can make and better demonstrate the value of what they do to their clients/senior line management by making more effective, commercial, coherent, and convincing use of the HR Function. Particular emphasis will be given to best practices in pragmatic HR, assessment, measurement, and evaluation of training, talent management, organizational change, leadership and employee engagement strategies.
