The 2013 Annual Meeting, August 8 - August 13. We are fortunate to meet in San Francisco – a long-time favorite ABA destination.
With its wonderful cultural attractions, incredible dining options and diverse neighborhoods, San Francisco offers countless opportunities for you to experience this beautiful American city. From the Golden Gate Bridge and hilltop vistas to riding on a cable car and visiting the historic Alcatraz prison, San Francisco is riveting. Hayes Valley is filled with designer boutiques, art galleries, great restaurants and trendy shoe stores. Be sure to visit the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA), the first museum on the West Coast devoted to modern and contemporary art. The museum’s current collection has over 26,000 works of painting, sculpture, photography, architecture, design and media arts including works by Andy Warhol, Richard Diebenkorn, Henri Matisse, Paul Klee, Marcel Duchamp and Ansel Adams.
The ABA’s sections, divisions and other entities are planning more than 200 CLE programs to develop your professional skills and expertise. Our Annual Meeting offers important opportunities to learn from and network with lawyers and judges from around the world. Of course, we feature the world’s largest EXPO, providing an array of goods and services pertaining to the practice of law for you to investigate and test.
