February 14 - 16, 2011
The threat of a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosives (CBRNE) attack continues to escalate, not only in the US, but on a global level. Current threats faced by U.S. Armed Forces remain dynamic as a result of the expanding roster of antagonist nations and terrorist organizations, seeking weapons with the capacity to inflict catastrophic damage on the United States and its interests.

Planning and preparedness against CBRNE threats has become a number one priority in protecting our homeland, warfighters, and first responders. There is a need for improved defensive equipment capabilities, trained personnel and logistical sustainment capability to prepare for an attack. IDGA’s 6th Annual CBRNE Defense will provide attendees with a forum to better understand how to prevent, detect, protect and respond to CBRNE threats.

The premier event in CBRNE defense brings together the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Health and Human Services, and Industry partners to provide insight into the current and future direction on CBRNE Defense. Hear the latest initiatives in response, preparedness, incident management, threat reduction, advanced technologies, interoperability and medical countermeasures.
