BTC - Italy Events Exhibition 2011

BTC has been the only Italian trade show exclusively dedicated to the meetings industry (meetings, events, conferences, conventions, and incentive and business travel), the sector related to tourism, marketing and communication, worth around EUR 22 billion in Italy. BTC is held over two days every year, and from 2010, takes place at the Fiera di Rimini Exhibition Centre at the beginning of the summer, after being held in Florence and Rome during the autumn.

BTC is the international marketplace where professional corporate, association and agency events organisers meet, through an effective system of pre-scheduled appointments, a wide range of suppliers: destinations, tourism boards, convention bureaus, hotels and hotel groups, historic venues, conference centres and event venues, DMCs, team building agencies, providers of audiovisual, technological, entertainment, catering, events support and transport services.

BTC is also the main event for networking, debate and education for the Italian meetings industry community. As well as the B2B activities in the exhibition spaces, the show offers a rich programme of seminars, conferences, round table discussions and practical workshops to provide buyers, exhibitors and visitors with tools to foster professional growth, business development and a strategic vision of the market. BTC also provides a series of opportunities specifically dedicated to networking, to enable participants to make new contacts and deepen relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues and competitors.
