İZFAŞ – leader of the sector organized the only trade fair for bridals, wedding suits and evening gowns, IF Wedding Fashion İZMİR – 4th Wedding Dresses, Suits and Evening Gowns Fair, between the dates of 21-24 February 2010, in cooperation with “Turkish Fashion and Apparel Federation” - the leader of Turkish Textile Sector and “Aegean Clothing Manufacturers’ Association” in the İzmir International Fair Centre again with success.
Turkish ready-wear sector aims to be the leader of wedding industry in the worldwide, while IF Wedding Fashion İZMİR has a significant increase both in number of exhibitors and visitors. Participants had opportunities to make ifwedding_bannerTRbusiness with countries in trading sectoral exports during the fair.
Compared to the previous year the trade visitors reached a number of 14.097 from 49 countries and once again IF Wedding Fashion İZMİR is on the way to become the prestigious fair in its field.
The exhibition was organized on 24.000 sqm area with 156 exhibitors, which was only open to professional visitors. Retail sale was not allowed during the fair.
Opening gala fashion show was organized by Bora Aksu and closure fashion show was organized by Özgür Mansur. Also some exhibitors were able to present their new creations during the fashion shows. Different 15 designs were presented in the creative area by the young future designers from “Pearl Drops The First Wedding Design Contest”.
