Trends in Medical Mycology 2017

TIMM-8 is the 8th in the series of TIMM mycological international meetings organized jointly by the European Confederation of Medical Mycology (ECMM) and the Infectious Diseases Group of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC-IDG). TIMM has become an important and essential meeting in the field of fungal infections, a forum in which researchers and clinicians from all over the world present the most important advances and research findings in mycology. TIMM-8 will cover all aspects of mycology with special focus on evidence-based and personalized approach to medical mycology, as well as diagnostic-therapeutic integrative efforts in the quest to improve the present knowledge of epidemiology, diagnosis, clinical course and pathophysiological mechanisms of fungal diseases. It would be the place to present recent innovations and commercial tools in medical mycology.
