At its 36th edition, the expo is acknowledged as the world´s most important in the artisan gelato sector, a primary European showcase for artisan Italian confectionery and is also strengthening its position in the artisan bakery field.
On show, all the very latest in raw materials, basic products, plant, machinery, furnishing and fittings for the artisan gelato and bakery trades.

Thematic sections, international contests and championships, demos, courses and updating seminars and expos all contribute to making it a unique spectacular event

OPENING HOURS
From 17 to 20 January, opening hours are between 9.30 am and 6 pm.
On 21 January, opening hours will be between 9.30 am and 3 pm. After 3 pm and until 5 pm, to access the event, an online ticket will be required, with the following cards: Press, Vip, Trade, Agents, Distributors, Demonstrators or other badges complete with bar codes. No paper or full-price tickets will therefore be accepted.

COST OF TICKETS
The full-price admission ticket costs € 55 for those without an invitation or reduced-price ticket.
The cost of purchasing a ticket online is € 49.

Visitors are informed that further reductions or free tickets are not available.
