World Evolving Corporate Universities Forum 2013

After the success of co-producing the Evolving Corporate Universities Forum since 2011 in ten countries spanning across Europe, Asia, Middle East, South Africa and Russia, Orchid Associates are now bringing the next phase of ECU in 2013, to Hong Kong.

The newly titled “World ECU Forum” provides exciting ideas about how to address the challenges of setting up a Corporate University/Academy and presents innovative and creative ways to bring executive education into a brand new era.

Businesses need to remain competitive during these challenging times, therefore it is vital that talent is well managed, the workforce is trained efficiently and that those in strategic leadership positions are innovative and effective.

Our using the now well established “ECU Storyboard” as a framework for our content we bring together delegates and speakers to discuss practical ways forward. The five CHAPTERS of the “Storyboard” are graphically represented by an amoeba-style image –changing the shape, focus and relevance of each “ECU Forum” in response to different regional demands whilst at the same time providing a road map for the journey towards creation, growth and sustainability of the Corporate University. We try to fit the most relevant content into these CHAPTERS so that the story about the way forward, slowly unfolds.
