2014 should have seen the dawn of an exciting new era within the motor claims community. An era in which our new regulator had embedded themselves in the industry psyche, and one with silver linings pointing towards calmer operational waters.
The 2014 that we have before us however, is wrought with stumbling blocks. The MoJ are baring teeth, the FCA have raised some hackles, but at least seem to be asking questions before pulling the trigger, and the aging discussions around subrogation and whiplash continue to bite hard at the industry's patience.
There are however, as always, reasons for optimism. In this most resilient of industry sectors, the collective mass are able to find their way through the most difficult of landscapes. Motor Claims 2014 is designed with this process in mind.
We intend to deliver a combination of fantastic speakers, hard-hitting topics and unparalleled networking time at this industry leading conference. The overleaf agenda provides an insight into the possible subject areas you have to look forward to.
The 2013 edition of this event again broke records for delegate numbers, with Motor Claims 2014 already shaping up to surpass this, I for one look forward to seeing you in February.
