ESCP Symposium on Clinical Pharmacy 2013

The European Society of Clinical Pharmacy (ESCP) is an international association founded in 1979 by clinical practitioners, researchers and educators from several European countries. The overall mission of the Society is to develop and promote the rational and appropriate use of medicines, medical products and devices by the individual and by society. ESCP's over 500 individual members include clinical pharmacists, hospital pharmacists, community pharmacists, researchers and educators from 53 countries.

The main event is the Annual European Symposium, incorporating the Annual General Meeting of the Society. This takes place each year in the autumn and rotates around principal European cities. ESCP hosts its 42nd symposium in Prague, Czech Republic, 16-18 October 2013. Theme of the symposium : Implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Practice: Research, Education and Management.
