UK Coach Rally 2013

The 59th UK Coach Rally will be held at Alton Towers Resort, one of the UK's premier coaching destinations. The UK Coach Rally is joining forces with the UK Coach Awards as one event over a single weekend.

The combined event will take place over the weekend of 20th and 21st April 2013, providing a true celebration of coaching in all its forms.

UK Coach Rally chairman Stephen Telling said "Moving these two prestigious events to Alton Towers Resort reinforces the important relationship between coach operators and popular coaching destinations. It will provide a unique showcase for coaching and tourism in Britain."

UK Coach Awards chairman Allan Edmondson said: "The combined event will celebrate all the hard work and attention to detail that goes into the provision of high quality coach transport, also recognising our front line staff, without whom none of it would be possible."

The central location of Alton Towers Resort is expected to allow a good cross-section of operators to enter the UK Coach Rally. It will also mean that operators can offer the weekend as a special package to their customers, with accommodation available at the resort's two hotels.
