Ingretecno is an international exhibition of ingredients and additives for the food and beverage industry. Thousands of professionals come to the show to discover the most innovative intermediate food products (IFPs) on the market.

One of the trends which has burst onto the Spanish food and beverage scene with the most force is a focus on functional foods. A great many companies dedicate a large portion of their efforts to the search for ingredients, additives, aromas, etc. which lend products new functions.

In addition, the need to stand out from the rest by launching innovative products has lead the companies of the 21st century to seek out new flavours and textures by using additives, enrichers, aromas, etc.
