ince its beginning in 1949, the Korean Ophthalmological Society has hosted the 12th APAO Congress once in 1989. I consider it as a great privilege that after 22 years, Korea has been chosen again as the host country for the 27th APAO Congress.

APAO/SOE Busan 2012 will be held at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Center in Busan, a famous port city of Korea.
