With the great success of the past annual congresses, JFPS is now ready for a professional event of a larger scale with more senior food safety and quality practitioners networking with each other and exchanging ideas on the hottest issues.

The 5th annual congress will be dedicated to the hottest issues concerned by food safety and quality insiders, including latest policies on food additives, companies’ best practices on controlling the quality of agricultural raw materials, traceability of the whole food supply chain to ensure food safety and quality, food contamination and residue control, etc.

In addition to a platform for exchanging insights, JFPS will continue to construct a perfect occasion for food safety insiders to look for ideal business partners who can provide them with more advanced inspection & detection, certifica tion, cleaning, packaging, production and traceability solutions.

In 2011, we expect 150+ senior leaders and experts of quality, R&D, technique, purchasing, supply chain, production and regulatory affairs will gather under one roof, networking with each other, discussing on best practices and seeking better solution providers.
