February 21 - 23, 2011    Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia
Workshop overview:

This workshop explores the overlap between leadership, negotiation/influencing and change management - how persuasion can draw more performance from others than simply ‘telling’. You will be challenged to assess your negotiation skills and results, to identify your leadership style, and to challenge yourself – “how well am I doing, really?”

You will practice skills that are important to you – all of which can be applied to the people you know, and the situations you are in. The workshop process will be highly interactive, balancing theory with practice, and using a full range of learning techniques – discussion, lecture, video, reflection, demonstration, case study, simulation, role play and peer coaching.

Why you should attend:

This workshop is a must because other participants consistently report that it’s the best workshop they have attended in years!

By design, learners are constantly active, guiding their own learning, networking with other managers from other companies, and applying new concepts to their old problems. Trainer is a fully qualified Organisation and Sports Psychologist in Australia, with extensive experience across Asia Pacific. He brings a unique blend of experience from corporate companies, the cricket field and the clinic. He is not often in Singapore, and this is the best chance you will have work with him for some time.

Using accelerated learning principles, all learning styles are catered for, meaning the quality and reinforcement of what is learned can be applied confidently and immediately. Through use of psychological concepts and techniques, even familiar topics are made new again, as we go deeper and explore situations and circumstances that test even the most experienced managers.
