Conference on Non-Ionising Radiation 2010

Please be informed that the Malaysian Nuclear Agency (Nuclear Malaysia) and Malaysian Radiation Protection Association (MARPA) in collaboration with the Malaysian Technical Standards Forum Berhad (MTSFB), Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), SIRIM Berhad, the Energy Commission (Energy Commission), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) will organize a Conference on Non-Ionising Radiation 2010 on 1 - 2 December 2010 in Kuala Lumpur. It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in this conference.

3. This Conference will expose participants to aspects of non-ionising radiation which is widely used in a diverse range of industrial, medical, telecommunications and wireless technology, defense, agricultural, entertainment and broadcasting, household and office appliances.

4. This Conference will act as a platform and provide opportunity for participants who engaged in non-ionising radiation activities within national and international level, in enhancing skills and knowledge to improve the performance of non-ionising radiation safety practices.

5. A total of 12 papers comprising 3 keynote address and 9 papers will be presented by the respectable local and international speakers followed with a forum to encourage the proliferation of ideas and sharing of expertise.
