Dental Mediterranean Forum (MDF) has closed the last edition with the sense of having done their homework. The objectives set by the organization, despite current economic difficulties have been met register reaching a total of 10,000 visitors during the three days of the event becomes, once again, in the optimal platform for industry professionals dental.
During the celebration of 2011 was developed FDM discussion forums, a large industrial exhibition, scientific conferences and seminars highest level where we had the invaluable help of Official Col.legi d'Odontòlegs I Estomatòlegs de Catalunya (COEC), Col. dentals Protètics Official legi de Catalunya, the Col · legi dentals Protètics Officer of Catalonia (COPDEC), the Association of Higienistes i Auxiliars dentals de Catalunya (AHIADEC) and speech therapy Col.legi de Catalunya, as well as the suppliers dental sector and other agencies and entities.
Of all the visitors have to highlight the participation of over 3,000 dentists which represented 30.96% of total visitors, followed by the group of hygienists and assistants with 1541 visitors (15.30% of total). Also to highlight the participation of over 900 dental technicians, 192 speech therapists and more than 2,047 students from various fields of oral health sector.
As the provenance of these visitors, Catalunya and the Balearic Islands with more than 8,300 prevail visitors represent 82.46% of the total. Also noteworthy are the views of professionals from the downtown area with more than 760 visitors in particular highlighting the internationalization of the event which was attended by over 350 visitors.
