2010 Third International Conference on Education Technology and Training (ETT 2010), ETT 2010, is focused on basic/applied research results in the fields of Education and Training.The purpose of the conference is to bring together researchers and developers from academia, industry, and government to advance the science, engineering, and technology in Education Technology and Training. The program will feature keynote presentations by prominent researchers in the field. The best contributed paper will be given an award. All the accepted papers will be published in the regular issue of Journals. ETT was started in 2008. The previous conferences were held in Shanghai, China (2008), Sanya, China (2009). ETT 2008 and ETT 2009 has been indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.ETT 2010 will be published by IEEE, Which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.
