This seminar was established as a platform for analysis and discussion of the topic more latent in every moment to improve the competitiveness of the tourism sector.
In this new 2010 edition the theme chosen is "Economy, Sustainability and Technology. Research areas for tourism competitiveness. " It is proposed to study the generation and transfer of knowledge from the academic and research centers and their migration to the business world in the field of tourism.
The conclusion of this seminar aims to promote, and this has been demonstrated in previous editions, that innovation is not an endogenous process in the departments of R & D, but expand and multiply the interrelationships of its participants to generate more knowledge, more networking and more outputs that ultimately affect society in general.
