The Fair will take place in conjunction with the already established food industry fair GASTexpo & ICE-CREAM. The main purpose of VINO 2011 is to connect local and foreign customers with the region’s wine makers!
Special emphasis is given to guided wine tastings and workshops. Evaluation of wines by restaurant representatives and businesspeople is one of the fair’s featured events. The wine selection is separated into two categories, one for businesspeople (evaluated by businesspeople) and the other for wine caterers (evaluated by caterers from different Slovenian regions).
