Annual Congress on Food Safety & Quality 2010

The 4th Annual Congress on Food Safety & Quality will focus on the safety and quality of food & beverage. Since June 2009, the PRC Food Safety Law has been conducted. How to understand and comply with updated laws, what problems still exist in the practice, and how the implementation of government is conducting are all the main topics that the 4th annual congress will cover.

It will be a large scaled and bigger stage for senior managers in plant, quality, technique, supply chain, R&D, purchasing, manufacture, and safety departments from F&B manufacturers and processors, food ingredients & additives, food retailers & distributors, café-restaurants, and chain stores, and business development executives from analytical & examine service, instrument & equipment, cleaning equipment, inspection equipment, manufacturing technology & equipment, packaging material & equipment, coding & marking / RFID technology, software solution, food certification center, cold chain logistics and other solution providers to network with, and learn from their peers.
