International Education Fair - Sofia 2010

The International Educational Fair “Education Beyond Borders”, Sofia (EBBS) was held for the first time in the Autumn of 2009, and has created many satisfied educational clients across the world. Using its experience in the education and counselling background, the EBBS Fair in Bulgaria represents one of the most successful international student recruitment fairs in Bulgaria over the past years. The Autumn edition of EBBS gathered a great number of university bodies from more than 20 countries from around the world, which hasn`t got an analogues so far not only in Bulgaria, but on the Balkans as well. The exhibition was attended by approximately 16 800 people, including students and parents. The great attendance was initiated by the support of the Bulgarian Ministry of Education aiming the Fair to be held properly.

The EBBS is one of the most comprehensive student recruitment events that takes place in the most central location in Sofia, Bulgaria - The “National Palace of Culture“ which is a multifunctional complex with modern exhibition halls. Among the participants are universities from USA, Germany, Sweden, Spain, England, Belgium, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Finland, The Netherlands, Denmark, Portugal, Moldova, Hungary, Lithuania, Cyprus, Canada, Australia, Scotland, Poland, Russia, Greece and other.

The Fair aims at helping students find an international education and/or career path abroad. The objective of the event is to develop a dynamic continuum of the various opportunities available to the Bulgarian Secondary and High-school students as well as the young professionals from all levels of experience. This year the international education fair “Education Beyond Borders”, Sofia, Bulgaria will take place between the dates 26th-28th March 2010 in the largest exhibition hall of the “National Palace of Culture” in Sofia.
