There is no doubt that the experiences obtained from the two previous editions, allow us to restructure and innovate a 3rd. International Symposium FAIR EQUIPMENT, SERVICES, PROJECTS AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT to be held from 03 to 6 May 2012 in excellent framework provided by the Convention Center in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

In this century, the municipalities and regional governments exist to serve the community anywhere in the world, so they need the tools and knowledge for better management and development.

EXPOMUNICIPAL, the fair of regional governments is the international framework in which the leaders by exposing and transmitting their experiences from the symposium, and
