For the eighteenth time, the smart card community meets in January, an industry conference in Berlin. The focus of attention is the big issue OMNICARD identification of persons and things. Under the modified slogan "The world of smart ID solutions" Congress considered the most demanding system solutions which can not be confined more to the card format.
The subject matter - extended range
In addition to the old tried and tested OMNICARD 2011 new important topics related to security, electronic identity and information protection, such as cloud computing, smart home eEnergy or discussed. Another key theme is the new identity card NPA and the associated number of new opportunities and problems, and the discussion of initial experiences with the new document. There are also numerous forums and workshops on e-payment, (mobile) banking, NFC, RFID, eSecurity, eID, EU - Large Scale Projects, transport, electric vehicles and last but not the hotly debated for years electronic health card least.
The structure - Knowledge Exchange and Networking
The three-day conference consists of major forums, intensive workshops, panel discussions and qualitative controversial keynotes together. Under the slogan "The World of Smart ID Solutions" is the OMNICARD is the compelling platform for regular exchange of knowledge and experience and provides first class networking.
