Jardirêve on Kirchberg again popular Spring Meeting of garden lovers and green companies
20,000 garden lovers flocked to the first green this year and the current trends in garden design to enjoy and discover. Under the slogan "sustainable gardening: Nature and gardens Ökotrends" there was model gardens where visitors can sit back and were able to get ideas for your own, organic garden. Other garden and patio designs and spring plants, rarities & Fragrances as well as lounge furniture, gazebos, garden houses, garden tools and much more already voted one of the gardening season 2013!
The visitors were asked during Jardirêve2013 your opinion on the model ecological garden mostly successful. The winner is My Garden s.à.r.l. become of Wormeldange. In this state one went into nature. With the use of regional materials and unprocessed wood as well as a kitchen garden area as well as an insect hotel this exhibitor eco-gardener was number 1 for the visitors. 2nd Prize went to the artful design of the company Leick nurseries GmbH & Co. KG Merzig (D) with native trees and shrubs, which harmonized with unique natural stone and plenty of green space. The third There was room for Witt S.à.rl mountain with green walls (vertical gardens), Hill beds, herbs corners and gravel surfaces.
Other highlights were the presentation of Green Label NL (a creation of the renowned landscape architect Nico Wissing), the "G-Pod" from Insight Out, a unique deck of wood sculptor Brokopp, the touch-n-switch system (garden lights, their control over smartphone running) and design raised beds. Also experience the pavilion with cooking demonstrations, garden advice, and plenty of entertainment for adults and children was well received by the visitors. In short, inspiration and ideas, there was no end and also the exhibitors were pleased with the interest level of the exhibitors.
