style="font-weight: bold;" /> Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) has become the key focus for military organisations around the world due to its central role in providing efficient and consistent combat capabilities. Unlike manned aircraft which is limited by safety considerations, UAV can be deployed for highly dangerous missions as well as long hour and repetitive tasks.

Coupled with rapid advances in UAV technologies, UAV’s role in future combat environment is unlimited with enhanced capabilities such as more advanced autopilot and longer flying hours. However, the capabilities of UAV are yet to be fully utilised by militaries due to lack of exposure to technological developments and battlefield experience in UAV deployment.

This 3-day training course is designed with the aim of bridging the current knowledge gap in UAV’s operations and technologies. Various technical issues and operational considerations of UAV will be extensively discussed. Participants will also obtain a good exposure to standards and regulations pertaining to operations and engineering of UAV. On top of this, various latest trends and technologies in UAV will also be examined, thus preparing participants to fully embrace the most updated technologies in UAV.
