Divided into six thematic areas (kitchen and table, and interior decoration, construction and renovation, wellness, management and communication, gastronomy) Hotel 2014 is the stage in the heart of South Tyrol for the latest news and for an industry in constant motion.
Great attention shall be paid to how the hotel facilities today have become the place where the signature cuisine can interpret the local tradition at the table or express themselves through the great chef. The Alto Adige, in fact, is a small country, full of contrasts, the meeting point of Mediterranean and alpine traditions, dotted with castles, residences, churches, ancient monasteries, restaurants, huts, huts and cottages, a crossroads of cultures different for historical reasons, have learned a great "culture", that of hospitality.
