FAHRRAD Essen 2014

The whole bicycle world under one roof: On the occasion of FAHRRAD Essen at Messe Essen from February 28 to March 3, over 230 exhibitors presented their products and services for everything to do with bicycles.

Because of the great interest on the part of the visitors, North Rhine-Westphalia's largest bicycle fair took place on four days for the first time and, as accustomed, parallel to the REISE + CAMPING leisure and holiday fair. The range on offer encompassed two-wheelers for children and adults in all facets - from city bicycles and hybrid bikes via special bicycles such as tandems, folding and load-carrying bicycles and recumbents right up to bicycles for people with handicaps.

At FAHRRAD Essen, the newest trends in the sector are presented by manufacturers, dealers and experts from the tourism sector. Thus, renowned bicycle tour organisers are in situ and introduce bicycle-friendly and beautiful destinations in Germany and Europe.
