On 2 – 5 March 2010 the Brno trade fair grounds will again be filled by exhibitors from the whole world. The uniting title of SALIMA means the varied show of food and food processing technologies, composed of SALIMA – 27th International Food Fair, MBK - 5th International Milling Industry, Bakery and Confectionery Fair, INTECO - 24th International Fair of Equipment for Retail Trade, Hotels and Catering Facilities and VINEX - 15th International Wine Fair. The food fair quatrefoil will be extended for the first time by EMBAX - 26th International Trade Fair of Packaging and Packaging Technologies.
