IEEE International Memory Workshop (IMW) 2010

The second IEEE International Memory Workshop (IMW) will be held at Shilla Hotel in Seoul, Korea from May 16th-19th, 2010. In response to the growing global interest in NVM & Memory technologies the previous NVSMW (Nonvolatile Semiconductor Memory Workshop) and ICMTD (International Conference on Memory Technology and Design) have merged together and meet annually in May. The workshop is sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society.
