The LAS-EXPO fair promotes modern technologies for the timber industry. For eight years now, Kielce has been providing exhibitors with opportunities to present not only tools and machines utilized in the transport and processing of timber, but also forest pesticides, maps, and advanced computer systems. LAS-EXPO is a venue for meetings held by timber industry professionals and foresters, who co-operate in fields such as logging and timber processing.
The introduction of modern technologies has brought a new value to this industry; timber is now weather resistant, though its quality standards has not deteriorated at all. Man has been using this material for centuries, invariably emphasizing its strong points. Organizing the LAS-EXPO fair, the Kielce Trade Fairs company has also made its contribution to the promotion of this ecological material.
This year’s LAS-EXPO will be accompanied by a conference on ”Forest Resources Management and NATURE 2000”, which Kielce Trade Fairs organizes in partnership with the Regional Management of the State Forest Enterprise.
Each year, this fair event is held simultaneously with the International Fair of Agricultural Techniques AGROTECH.
